Kevin
Chief of Operations
Kevin, the dynamic Chief of Operations at Pacific Trim, wears many hats. He’s the mastermind behind everything from equipment upkeep to employee evaluations, and from material sourcing to final product packaging.
Kevin’s superpower lies in his uncanny ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and strategically plan the next steps.
When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Kevin immersed in his passion for building and restoring hot rods, showcasing his autobody wizardry. Family time is sacred to him, whether it’s with his kids or creating memories with cherished friends and family.
Marc
President of Pacific Trim
Marc calls #woodlandwa his home. Marc’s love for cars started when he was just a kid. He then got into working with sheet metal. Later, he decided to work in the wood industry.
Now, he’s doing great at Pacific Trim Panels. He helps his team grow while the company expands.
When he’s not working, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife Tanya and their two boys, Kolton and Cooper. They love #snowmobiling in the #mountains and wake surfing in the #summer.
He lives by this saying: “If you’re not uncomfortable, you’re not moving forward.” Let’s keep pushing ahead!
Bill
Founder
His wood journey began in '84 with dad at Shur-cut Industries. From there, he wore many hats in different companies, becoming a true industry pro.
In 2011, he and son Marc teamed up with Pacific Lumber Resources, creating an awesome cut-to-size plant!
Bill's wisdom helps businesses pick just the right product for the job. Now, he's passing the torch to Marc, excited to see the family business thrive!
When he's not revolutionizing the wood industry, you'll find Bill taking dreamy vacations with his lovely wife, detailing cars, and tearing through the snow on his snowmobile!
Susan
Accounting
Susan comes to the team with many years of accounting and bookkeeping education and experience. She also brings experience in all aspects of the wood products industry from logging to chip hauling and on through paper board packaging. She is always looking for ways to make the accounting office run more efficiently and yet still provide the best possible customer service experience.
In her time away from work, Susan enjoys participating in many local volunteer opportunities with the historical society and cemetery district, her church, and recovery groups. She enjoys spending time with family and going on day rides on her Ducati.
Corey
Director of administration
Corey's journey in the world of work started in the plumbing trade, following in his father's footsteps. Later, he had the opportunity to venture into the wood industry at Pacific Trim Panels. With dedication and a keen eye for detail, Corey climbed the ranks to become the Freight and Logistics Manager.
Off the clock, Corey cherishes moments with his son, Jax, and his loving wife, Kat. Whether it's tearing through dunes on his trusty TRX450 or fine-tuning his own abode, Corey's passions are as diverse as they are thrilling.

James Muldoon
Plant Supervisor and CNC operator
With 7 years of dedicated service to our team, James is a reliable and experienced member.
Beyond his professional achievements, James has a vibrant personality that shines through in his personal life. At 38 years old, he cherishes long walks on the beach, finding solace and tranquility in the sound of crashing waves.
James' true pride and joy lies in his role as a father. As a proud dad to two wonderful daughters, he finds joy in spending quality time with them. Whether it's engaging in delightful sports activities or simply embracing the precious moments, James is always there to create lasting memories.
In addition to being an incredible father, James is a sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for football.
James is not only a skilled professional but also a compassionate family man and a dedicated sports lover. We are fortunate to have him as a part of our team, bringing his unique perspectives and positive energy to everything he does.
Anthony
Freight and Logistic Manager
With a solid background in the wood industry, Anthony brings alot of experience to our team. He's a pro at ensuring our operations run smoothly, thanks to his previous role as a Lumber Driver.
Outside of work, you'll find Anthony embarking on exciting adventures with his girlfriend Esmeralda. They love exploring the trails of the Pacific Northwest and tearing up the Oregon dunes on his trusty ATV. Anthony's professionalism and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team!
