Kevin is currently the Director of Operations. There is no aspect of Pacific Trim that Kevin is not involved in. From maintenance and repairs of equipment to hiring and evaluating plant employees, to acquisition of materials to packaging of finished goods. Kevin’s ability to adapt to the always changing environment and to determine what the next step should be makes him an asset like no other.
In his time away from work, Kevin enjoys spending his time building and restoring hot rods. He is well known for his giftedness in autobody work. Kevin also lives for raising his kids and spending time with family and friends.
Marc Groth currently lives in Woodland, WA. He started with a passion in the automotive industry at a young age, then worked his way into the world of sheet metal. Later choosing to follow in the footsteps of his family in the wood industry.He is thriving in his current position with Pacific Trim Panels, aiding in his staff's growth and success as the company expands its operations.In his free time, he spends as much time as he can with his wife Tanya and his two boys Kolton and Cooper. If it isn't in the mountains snowmobiling or wake surfing in the summers. Favorite saying: "If you're not uncomfortable, you're not moving forward".
Bill started his career in wood products in 1984 with his father running a cut to size lumber reman plant (Shur-cut Industries). Gaining experience in the industry over the years in ranging roles and various comapnis, Bill and his son Mark formed Pacific Trim in 2011 with the help of Pacific Lumber Resources, putting together a terrific cut to size plant. Bill’s expertise and immeasurable knowledge puts him in a position to help many businesses in choosing the right product and grade for the correct applications. As Bill begins stepping back to have Mark take on the leadership position of Pacific Trim, he looks forward to seeing his son succeed and run the family business.
Susan comes to the team with many years of accounting and bookkeeping education and experience. She also brings experience in all aspects of the wood products industry from logging to chip hauling and on through paper board packaging. She is always looking for ways to make the accounting office run more efficiently and yet still provide the best possible customer service experience.
In her time away from work, Susan enjoys participating in many local volunteer opportunities with the historical society and cemetery district, her church, and recovery groups. She enjoys spending time with family and going on day rides on her Ducati.
Corey Broersma was born in Portland, OR but has resided his life in Vancouver, WA. He graduated from Heritage High School in 2008.He started in the Plumbing trade, the same as his father. Later receiving an opportunity to join the wood industry at Pacific Trim Panels and his worked his way up the chain to Freight and Logistics manager, utilizing his incredible attention to detail.
Corey loves spending his off time with his boy Jax and wife Kat. His hobbies are riding in the dunes on his TRX450 and working on his house. If you need something researched, this is your guy! He will source the pros and cons on anything.
Dixie is our newest addition to the team. She is currently responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable. She also tracks Accounts Receivable to maintain compliance with State and local sales tax requirements. She is always working to provide management with the most up to date information and provide our customers with the best possible customer service experience.
In her time away from work, Dixie enjoys spending time with friends and family. The most recent addition to her family is a little scrappy dog named woody, who walked into her life as a stray while she was here at work. No one knows where he came from, but Dixie and Woody both know that they were made for each other.
